Growing is possible with all the necessary ingredients spawning in sufficient quantities should you have green fingers. You’ll get a better yield by adding lime before planting and watering.  Crops are ready to be harvested when the prompt to Harvest appears. If you do not harvest in a timely manner, the crops are at risk of rotting, lesser yield or despawning.
